Walk Date: Saturday, May 1, 2010

Location: Concord Baptist Church, Registration begins at 8:30am, walk begins at 10:30am.

Registration is $20.00 for each walker. Proceeds from your registration benefit the Oral Cancer Foundation, a national non profit charity. Please print your invoice or receipt, and take it with you on the day of the walk to the registration booth as verification of prepayment.PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR PRINTED INVOICE TO VERIFY YOUR PREPAYMENT THE DAY OF THE WALK. If you plan to walk and want to pre-register, you will have to personally make the payment to ensure that YOUR NAME appears on the invoice. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PAY FOR YOU ONLINE. The alternative is registration by check on the day of the walk when the payment is made.
