Pre pay for your registration at the 2010 Oral Cancer Walk to be held in New York City.
WALK DATE: SATURDAY, APRIL 24TH, 2010 - RAIN OR SHINE.
LOCATION OF THE WALK IS: Jackie Robinson Park, 149th Street and Bradhurst Ave, Harlem, NYC. Registration begins at 9am, Walk begins at 11am.
Registration is $30.00 for each walker. Pre-registration online NOW saves you $5 and you get a free OCW NYC wristband!!! ALL REGISTRANTS for the 2010 Oral Cancer Walk NYC will receive an ORAL CANCER WALK NYC T-SHIRT which can be picked up on the day.
Online pre-registration is $25.00. REGISTRATION PAYMENTS MADE ON-SITE THE DAY OF THE WALK WILL BE $30. Proceeds from your registration benefit the Oral Cancer Foundation, a national non profit charity. Please print your invoice or receipt, and take it with you on the day of the walk to the registration booth as verification of prepayment. WITHOUT YOUR PRINTED INVOICE, THERE WILL BE NO WAY TO VERIFY YOUR PREPAYMENT THE DAY OF THE WALK. DON'T FORGET TO BRING IT.
If you plan to walk and want to pre-register, you will have to personally make the payment to ensure that YOUR NAME appears on the invoice. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PAY FOR YOU ONLINE. The alternative is registration by check on the day of the walk when the payment is made.
