| All OCF memberships, both public and professional, require payment of an annual renewal fee to keep them active. The renewal will continue you as an active member of OCF for 12 months from date of renewal. As part of your renewal, you will receive the new membership card, packs of patient education brochures for your waiting rooms, and oral cancer buttons to help your staff promote the desire in your patients for screenings. Renewal fees for all categories of membership are the same fee and can be paid via web-store purchase or by check mailed to OCF. Please indicate your membership type in the comments block on the last page of the store check out page so that we may locate your membership and renew it promptly. |
