Pre pay your registration for the 3RD ANNUAL Nashville Oral Cancer Walk & 5K in 2011!

WALK DATE: April 2, 2011 - RAIN OR SHINE.

Time: 9-2pm, Walk/5K begins at 11am, registration will begin at 9am.
Location: Centennial Park, RAIN or SHINE
Free Oral Cancer Screening

Registration is $25.00 for each walker. **Free walk t-shirt for the first 100 registered walkers!** Proceeds from your registration benefit the Oral Cancer Foundation. Please print your invoice or receipt, and take it with you on the day of the walk to the registration booth as verification of prepayment. WITHOUT YOUR PRINTED INVOICE, THERE WILL BE NO WAY TO VERIFY YOUR PREPAYMENT THE DAY OF THE WALK. DON'T FORGET TO BRING IT.
