Minimum sponsorship is $20.00, but you may enter in any amount above this once the product is in the shopping cart. Proceeds from your sponsorship benefit the Oral Cancer Foundation, a non profit national charity. When you continue through the checkout process to pay for your sponsorship, DO NOT FORGET TO ENTER THE WALKER'S NAME IN THE COMMENTS BLOCK. WITHOUT THIS STEP WE WILL NOT KNOW WHO TO CREDIT FOR YOUR SPONSORSHIP.
Please print your invoice at the end of purchase, it is your record of your tax deductible sponsorship (donation) to The Oral Cancer Foundation for you IRS records.
