2ND ANNUAL CHATTANOOGA ORAL CANCER AWARENESS WALK

Registration begins at 9am, Walk will begin at 11am

$20.00 per walker- Pre-registration fee. After April 8th, it will increase to $25.00 per walker. Children under 10 are free.
Time: 9am-2pm

Chattanooga's own singer, songwriter and musician will be performing, Mr. Roger Alan Wade! Once again, Cydney Miller, the 2008 Mrs. Tennessee American and 2010 Mrs. Tennessee International will be emceeing this event.

Pre-Registration is $20.00 for each walker. ($25.00 AFTER April 8th) Proceeds from your registration benefit the Oral Cancer Foundation, a national non profit charity. Please print your invoice or receipt, and take it with you on the day of the walk to the registration booth as verification of prepayment. WITHOUT YOUR PRINTED INVOICE, THERE WILL BE NO WAY TO VERIFY YOUR PREPAYMENT THE DAY OF THE WALK. DON'T FORGET TO BRING IT.
If you plan to walk and want to pre-register, you will have to personally make the payment to ensure that YOUR NAME appears on the invoice. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PAY FOR YOU ONLINE. The alternative is registration by check on the day of the walk when the payment is made.
